He is a registered forester in four states and has served as Chairman of the Alabama Board of Registered Foresters. He is a certified general real property appraiser in Alabama and Virginia.

Susanna L. Fillingham is a professional appraiser with a M.B.A degree from Auburn University Montgomery. She is a certified general real property appraiser in Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, and Virginia.

Seth M. Fillingham, Vice-President, is a professional forester with a B.S. degree in forestry from Auburn University. He is a registered forester and a state registered real property appraiser in Alabama.
CHAIRMAN
Michael W. Heatherly, Vice-President, is a professional forester with a B.S. degree in forestry from Auburn University. He is a registered forester in Alabama.

Richard H. Pinkowski, Jr. is a professional forester and holds a Bachelor of Science in forestry and a Master of Science in forest ecology from the University of Illinois. He is a registered forester in three states and a certified general real property appraiser in Alabama and Mississippi.

Steven G. Burak is a professional forester with a B.S. degree in natural resource management from Rutgers University, a Master of Forestry degree from Duke University, and a Ph.D. in forest economics from Auburn University. He is a registered forester in nine states and a certified general real property appraiser in seven states. He also holds the MAI professional appraisal designation from the Appraisal Institute. He currently serves on the board of South Alabama Land and Timber Company (SALTCO).
